•    Check for incompatible program
  1. Click on the Windows and R keys together.
  2. Enter “appwiz.cpl” in the prompt box.
  3. Click on the Enter option.
  4. You will get all the installed app on the PC.
  5. You need to right-click on that application, which is creating this issue.
  6. Start the system once you have completed the uninstallation procedure.
  7. You need to check whether the Kernel mode is fixed or not.
•    Check your drivers for errors
  1. Click on the Windows and S keys together.
  2. Enter “command prompt” in the prompt box.
  3. You need to right-click on the app.
  4. Choose the Run as administrator option.
  5. After opening the elevated command pop up box, run the below-mentioned command:
  6. verifier
  7. Choose the “Create standard settings” option.
  8. Click on the Next option.
  9. Choose the Automatically select all drivers installed on this computer option.
  10. Press on the Finish option.
  11. Windows start scanning the errors.
  12. You should backup your data first.
  13. If it asks you to restart the system, then you need to do this.
  14. When you open your Windows PC, you will find that all the drivers are already installed on the system.
•    Update Drivers
  1. Click on the Windows and R keys together.
  2. It will open the Run prompt box.
  3. Enter “devmgmt.msc” in the prompt box.
  4. Press on the Enter button
  5. It will open the device manager on the PC.
  6. Now, you will get the menu list of all the installed devices against the PC.
  7. Go through all the installed devices.
  8. Search for that application, which is causing this issue.
  9. Press on the Display adapters pulldown to get the installed card.
  10. You need to right-click on the installed card.
  11. Choose the “Update driver” option.
  12. You will get the prompt box.
  13. Choose the Search automatically for updated driver software option.
  14. In case you are not able to update the drivers, then go to the online manufacturer website.
  15. Start downloading the drivers.
  16. You need to choose the second option.
  17. Start updating all the drivers before you start the PC again.
  18. Once you have gone through the restarting process, check whether this issue is fixed or not.
•    Perform a System Restore
  1. Click on the Windows and S keys together.
  2. It will open the start menu text field.
  3. Enter “restore” in the prompt box.
  4. Choose the software which is on the top of the screen.
  5. Click on the System Restore option.
  6. It is located in the restore settings tab.
  7. The System Restore option is located at the upper side of the screen below the System Protection option.
  8. In case you wish to choose the custom to restore option, then press on the option.
  9. After that, choose the restore point option by going to the menu list of all the options that are available now.
  10. In case you have multiple systems restore points, then they will be listed in the restore point window.
  11. The Windows will verify the action before starting the restoring process of the computer.
  12. After completing the restore process, sign in to the computer.
  13. Check whether you are getting the blue screen.
