As per Twitter, the new website is “faster, easier to navigate, and more personalized.” The significant change is, however, the new and better sidebar. Also, Trends for You and Who to Follow sections come replaced with the top-level menu items. They include Bookmarks, Explore tab, Lists, Messages, Notifications, and Profile. Explore tab was available earlier on the Twitter app only, but it is now available on the desktop Twitter version too.
Other than this, you get the option for seeing and sending DMs in a single view, the option of switching accounts directly through the sidebar, exclusive customization options like colors, the Dim and Lights Out dark modes, and themes.
