For Apple users, iTunes is one of the primary things that they need for their device and data. Installing and setting up WINE is really easy. You can visit its official website to download the tool on a Linux computer. Here is how to set up and use WINE.
1.   Visit the website of WINE “www.winehq.org ” to get it on your Linux device.
2.   After installing WINE on your device, you’ll need to check whether any additional files are required to run iTunes and access its file on your Linux version. PlayOnLinux is one of the common tools used for doing so.
3.   Once your Linux is configured perfectly, you can proceed to install iTunes on your device. You have to choose the 32-bit version of iTunes for Windows from Apple for downloading and then install it to your device. The procedure for installing iTunes will be the same as in Windows.
Once the iTunes is installed to your Linux, you can open it using WINE and access your files. There is a downside of the tool WINE that it is not that perfect in running the latest versions. If the iTunes version you’ve installed is not working correctly, you can try running an earlier version of iTunes. You may not have access to the latest features and functions, but you’ll get the iTunes running on your Linux.

VirtualBox is another way to get iTunes on your Linux. It is the virtualization tool, which is free to download and use. It imitates the hardware properties of a device and let the users to download programs as well as install operating systems onto it. With this, you can install and run Windows inside a Mac computer or Windows on Linux. This means you can install Windows on your Linux with VirtualBox and then not only you can run iTunes but all other applications. For this, you should have a Windows installation method, disc, or drive. Obtain it and go with the following steps.
1.   At first, you’ll need to download and set up a correct version of VirtualBox on your Linux computer. To do so, visit “www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads” and download the VirtualBox.
2.   After that, install the tool in the same way you install other applications on Linux.
3.   Once the virtualization tool will be ready to use, launch it, and follow the screen directions to install and set up a virtual Windows device. This process requires an installation disc to complete.
4.   After the Windows install, you can download any application including iTunes as you install them on Windows PC.
5.   Open a browser in Windows system, and install iTunes from Apple.
Now, you can open and access iTunes on Linux system. Just sign in to iTunes with your account to get started.
Hope Apple will soon launch a version of iTunes for Linux also, and you’ll not have to go through such a long process to access iTunes and your files.
