  5. Press the time range as Everything.
  6. Choose the Clear now option to remove cache cookies and files.
If you want to remove browser cookies and cache from Google Chrome, then you can follow the provided steps:
  1. Launch address chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in Chrome address box.
  2. Tap on time range as All-time option.
  3. Check the box for the Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
  4. Hit the Clear data option to remove files.
Delete Troublesome Extensions From the Browser
Troublesome extensions may occur Facebook sign-in error, “Sorry something went wrong.” To identify the problem, try to launch the browser in the private browsing option.
