Memojis allow individuals to make and send customized GIFs to others. Johnny Lin, the father of Memoji, got an inspiration to make the application because of his sheer inclination towards selfies and GIFs.
Step 1: Installing the Memoji Keyboard
Memojis can be downloaded for no cost from the Apple App Store. However, your device must have iOS 8.1 or later. The Memoji keyboard lets you add up to five different customized emojis. However, you can unlock this limit by upgrading the keyboard after paying a couple of dollars.
After downloading it, just follow the prompts on the screen,

Step 2: Creating personalized animated emojis
Launch the Memoji application and then touch the blank icon that reads “Tap to Set” for creating a new GIF. Now, choose “Make a GIF” and record a two seconds long video. Now, just touch the Use Video button, and the GIF will get saved. If you want to make any GIF again, then just tap on it and retake the video.
Alternatively, just click a picture of yourself or select one from the Photo Gallery.
Step 3: Sending Memojis to others
After creating Memojis, you can start sending them to your friends. Just launch any messaging app and long press the circular button to open the Memoji keyboard. Simply select the Memoji you want to send and hit the send button. Apart from sending customized Memoji, you can also send regular emojis using the Memoji keyboard.
